The machines don’t care about going fast. They are machines. Don’t ride beyond your skillset. Riding fast for clout, riding fast in groups, results in tragedy. You can’t predict what others will do.
Great topic my guy. It's crazy the safety measures we should take when we roll on these 2 wheels and part take on the passion that we as riders share. I'm 40 yrs old born and raised in Brooklyn. Hooligan to the fullest. That all changed for me in 2013 when I moved to central jersey. Suffered a major fall or persay accident. Change my life and perspective. Now a days I think my actions twice as we all should. Look over that shoulder twice as you said brother these car drivers are out of control. Let's all be safe out there. Much love brother 🙏 prayers.
Been there before bro. Some happened in front of me. Lost 11. We were all close. I’m the last of my group. I was the “old man”. I calmed down as I got older.
Most people DO NOT practice, they only ride once or twice a month but still ride 1000cc bikes with no gear . That’s why these scooter guys here in NY be better then most of us sport bike riders 😂
I feel you, Mac! I have a couple of homies that went down this season. Dont stop my riding, but it definitely pumps my awareness. Sorry for your loss. Thanks for sharing. Good content. Ride safe
Felt this video 🙏🏽. At a point I thought I was bringing bad juju. This video has great pointers, Kev. Stay healthy, stay safe to all of us riders and fams.
Thanks Mac for the update. Love your content! Much respect and success in all you do. Sorry for your loss. Yeah, I've been riding for 10 years been down once. I usually ride solo for short rides. I feel like I'm less likely to do things that would be risky or get myself in trouble. Be safe out there and keep the content coming!
Trav what a great video . Well put sharing this video. I been riding for 14 years . Been down twice and lost people too. I changed my riding style as a result. The other day got into it with a driver who tried to take us out. I will fill you in when I see you.
I love the sound and power delivery of a good v4 engine. Your reactions are how I feel every time I fire up my Vmax 1700. I've never thrown a leg over an rsv4 but I'm sure I would love it. I wish Aprilia would come out with a big v4 muscle cruiser like the Vmax or Diavel v4 cuz that's more my style. Imagine a 1500+ cc version of that engine with monstrous torque in a long and low muscle cruiser chassis. Maybe not for everyone but I'd be all over it.
Why would you ride this on the street though complete waste of a great track bike. People who street ride these can barely corner and only go on the highway😢
