The GasGas 700sm, KTM 690 and Husqvarna 701 are all the same bike just a different color really. They are 692.7cc and the Ducati is actually a 659cc motor
@motomactv Hey, sorry for the delayed reply, I work 3rd shift and sleep during the day. Ya you are a bit to far for me. When you said north east I was thinking Mass maybe Conn. Im in northeast Mass sorry.
A supermoto is not a dirt bike, never was and never will be. Unless, you modify it. It’s not even a flat-, sand-bahn or whatever. It’s a tarmac (cart-track type) extreme sliding race-bike with a tiny short earth jump patch. It’s a short-track battle bike for competent riders. All you’re riding is a tamed-down street legal version for consumers.
I don’t want to say no but I did not notice self canceling turn signals. Doubt the GASGAS has it but the RVE version of the Hypermotard may have it. Not 100% though.
Just my opinion but any motorcycle manufacturer should have Auto delete on the turn signals. I have a hypermotard and a z900 cafe and neither of them have auto-delete. It's just crazy something that simple cannot be added to every bike
Yes, I have the RVE. It has self-cancel turn signals and standard quick shifter. It's a very impressive bike (it really has a nice bit of quickness as you come into the power band). 😎
Dude, ya boy got it basic model, good but weak! 3k more it comes flashed and got that with the air system and exhaust it has over 80 hp on the Ducati & Quick shifter
I don't understand the idea of twin exhaust on a single cylinder bike. One cylinder. One header. Why add weight and make sure the exhaust is definitely scratched no matter which side you low side the bike when playing with it. And 2 muflers have to weigh more than just one. So why 2 ? Just for looks ?
Lol I love the look of the dual exhaust but that’s a great question! I’d like to hear a ducati rep fill us in on why they designed it that way. Thanks for commenting man!
Twin exhaust allows more exhaust gas to be pushed out faster so the next combustion cycle can happen quicker, which is needed on high-revving single cylinder engines to get high power numbers (That's why moto3 bikes have twin exhausts). It also has to do with Hypermotard identity too, and I think it's unique that this motard has twin cylinder.
basic vs premium.. The 698 on spec is much better but way more expensive.. but it translates to a fun bike and a premium entry to the world of single supermoto’s
You even admitted in the video that they were waiting on you. So yeah there was somebody waiting on you at the light. Who potentially could’ve hit you. I’m just baffled.
Your boy got a basic Ducati? Spend 2000 more you get the Brembo brakes and the ohlens suspension and the better air and exhaust system, which comes with 80 hp Quick shifter, and auto blip
