I was in Costco this morning and actually saw those ribs but walked by. If I had seen this video before I would have scarfed them up immediately. They're now on my new Costco list for my next trip. Thanks for posting
For the tallow I just put into a zip lock bag and put in freezer but use within a month 😊 if you have a vacuum sealer you can keep in freezer at least 3 months. Hope this helps. Have a wonderful day.
Outstanding, looks great and a quick preparation! I usually roast them like this in the winter and marinade them for the grill in summer. My Costco has had these one time in the 23 years I’ve been going there so we have to get them at the local butcher.
Thanks for watching 🤗 was first time I have done the tri tip in the oven we really like this cut was very tender 😊 my husband also has grilled but personally we like in oven better. Have a wonderful week.
While i really enjoy my ribs on an outdoor grill, we now live in a apartment complex which doesn’t allow them 😢. Your technique was truly amazing and your bbq sauce was pleasant. I personally kicked it up a bit more with cayenne powder. Thanks so much 😊
I got hooked on these big beef ribs the first time I brought them in April at Costco. I've had them for dinner 4 times and you absolutely cannot rush them. They take 3.5 hours to cook in the oven and I leave them in another 30 minutes after I slather them with my homemade bar b que sauce. They are delicious
I get Picanha from multiple other stores around me for less than $10 dollars per pound. This may or may not be a good deal depending on your location. But for me, I can get it cheaper at HEB vs Costco. Regardless, this is my favorite cut of beef! I absolutely love it!
I wondered how best to cook those. I slow cook them 3-4 hours in red sauce same as my oxtail but this is a nice twist They have huge shanks at a store here called Vallarta mostly hispanics shop there pricesarereal low quality is ok every thing is large biggest chicken i ever saw was there like 10 pounds HA maybe old laying hen not sure
