Hello, new to using trackers. I have a question about trackers. I use them to help track the money I save. But what if you have to use some of the money you saved for an emergency, do you trash the tracker and start over with the new saving amount or do you just subtract the amount and once you build back up to the money you took out on the tracker and then start tracking again. Sorry if it sounds confusing.
Love the video I'm doing the Roundup but I suggest with you when you do your mortgage pay them the amount the minimum amount and wait a week to sit in the other 60 something it'll go towards your principal and they can't double dip on the interest that goes for anybody who's using credit cards too
Hahaha! I get it, believe me. I am no longer living in CA. We go there for work, make the $ and leave ! 😂 I’m glad the advice shined through- it’s really the whole idea of the video so I appreciate that you saw that. 🤩
My new problem since I started working part-time in May is starting up for my emergency fund - ( No spend ). I told myself add $10-$20 per week for 26 or 52 weeks should help me out a bit !!!
Thank you. This has come at a great time. While I have always budgeted and tried to show my children good habits, my youngest is struggling. So I’m going to use your binder to help her see what she can actually do. Thanks again and Continued Success to you and your sister
Interesting you commented this - I was texting my youngest today about her budget. I’ve been ON HER about getting situated and she agreed to let me show her budget on the channel. I hope to have that ready in a few weeks- stay tuned!! 🤩
😊Hello Honey! Saved $18, so rounded up to $20. 1) did an electronic clean out for the upcoming College semester so cleared out "saved debit cards" due to a payment error with a bill. 2) 2 years ago we dropped cable and opted for the box like your new one for local channels. Hubby agreed since he is the reason we have it, Netflix comes out of his monthly envelope. 3) Since I failed the dining out challenge that week do to medical issue (Hubby and multiple kidney stones plus surgery). We haven't done take out or dine in 7 of the 9 days of July. Glad you had time with the kids. Hug the Puppers! Really hoping you will put your savings challenges dashboards into your shop in the future, love the style and look of them.
Hi Pat! You are definitely a level up with your finances- you got this down! 🙌 I did add custom vellum dashboards today in the shop. I can make some like mine, too. A few of you really like them so I will work on that. 💛
If you do not have an emergency fund - definitely put that $1k away incase anything comes up - you will be ready. Step 2 (after the emergency fund) is to pay off all debt, starting with your smallest amount debt. 💛
A lot of great advice and I liked the mini challenge as I have a online inpulse problem so deleteing payment info is just up my ally. I saved 10 in this weeks Hello Honey and that I am very happy with.
I think I’m more like you. It’s surprising but a lot of people just buy it anyway- it could be pressure from someone they are shopping with or maybe they just want item that badly. Probably a lot of reasons.
Love your tips to adjust our thinking about money, budgeting and spending. Many times we do NOT tell ourselves no which may be why we do NOT like other people telling us no. "No" is very powerful.
$50 in HH today. Some people do no spends for specific categories that are a problem for them instead of just a general no spend. I did a no spend once for a few months. I figured out I wasn't overspending we were just broke 😂🤣😂🤣
I would love the no spend page I did one month as I’m a spender for the sake of it so as I live on a pension I needed to cut the habit so I did a no spend moths and very proud of my self I spent $16 in the month on a book from my favourite author plus I did well I got for free a outdoor table and chairs plus a outdoor sofa set and swings for my grandson off Facebook

I saved $10 on hello honey this week. I was saving $2 per object i got right. I only missed the dollar bill. fun game! I cancelled 1 subscription (netflix), I definitely don't need so many! I am going to be doing the how much is too much for my challenge this week. I feel that will keep me from over spending on things just because I like them.
