5 Day Egg Fast Transition Day 2

Welcome back to my Keto Journey! I'm trying a 5-day egg fast with a 5-day transition to follow.
I hope doing this egg fast will cause weight loss since I have stalled again. Then I will spend 5 days slowly adding in carnivore items and bringing the calories daily up to between 1600 & 2000 per day.
Corrections for this video. I'm comfortable between 1600 & 2200 calories daily, day 2 through day 5 of the Egg Fast I was around 1900 calories, not 1600.
My food for Transition Day 2:
4 eggs scrambled in 4 TBSP of bacon grease
1 Coffee with 2 TBBSP sugar-free coffee syrup
2 servings of Crystal Light Liquid in 40 oz of water
4 Chaffles ( 2eggs, 2 TBSP butter, 1 oz cream cheese)
10 oz Ribeye steak
2 slices bacon
1 TBSP Skinny Syrups Salted Caramel
Egg Fast rules:
Eat a minimum of 6 eggs per day
Eat 1 TBSP of healthy Fat per egg
Up to 4 oz cheese per day
Up to 3 servings of Keto Sweeteners per day
My starting weight is 167.5 lbs end weight after 5 days of Egg Fast 164.5 lbs for a 3 lb loss in total.
Ending Measurements:
Neck 16" change of -1.5"
Arm 14" no change
Bust 41.5" change of -.5"
Wasit 38" change of -1.5"
Hips 41.5" change of -.5"
Thigh 21" no change
