Yes, I’ve seen the new update.. and it seems like they’ve simplified things and also added a bunch of useful stuff like mixer, sample edit from the home screen etc. Who knows 🤷🏼♂️
@@zsoul614 appreciate it my friend, but I think you’ll find EVERYTHING you need to know from SPVIDZ channel or NONJUROR in terms of tutorials and awesome beats! Go check them out 👊🏻
@@kasonhaug2900 I could do that. I do have a sampling tutorial on the channel how I sample into the Maschine software from vinyl.. and when I’m not using a standalone device I’m using Maschine software as my DAW. What DAW are you using?
I’ve done a couple of 1-on-1 sessions way back (100€ /h), but it’s nothing I do on a regular basis.. and luckily the price scares people away. Thanks, glad you enjoy my work, appreciate it. 🙏🏻👊🏻
This is so damn good. Found you while researching the mv-1 for the ideas kicking around in my head. I'm not even planning on sampling for my project, but I absolutely love what you're doing.
I’m well, not fully recovered but functional. Needed a longer break after being home for a month with back pain… now I’m back at work again and kinda lost the motivation to create. Have two more weeks before I have four weeks of vacation. We’ll see if I get a video out earlier than two weeks.
@@BoombapArt I hope you feel stronger and healed up soon. I know how the work life can affect the desire to be creative. I hope you have a good holiday break and you regain your mojo for beats! Peace.
@CoKoSound much love my friend! As soon as I sit my ass down with the gear I know I’ll get stuff done. I just need to put on a sweet 70s soul record and I’m back on track 😁
I got a job interview today…so if I get it I might be getting a sp404 in the near future haha it seems kinda hard to learn though but oh well I love lofi and old school hip hop
@@BoombapArt appreciate it…it’s for General Labor helping out construction…I live near San Antonio in Texas though it’s already HOT 🥵 I’m hoping to get it though…I plan on staying hydrated and putting water on my body lol🎶‼️
I have such a difficult time finding a good low end, simple, but "proper sounding" bass from Massive for my Boom Bap hip hop tracks. I know you tune yours to make sure it's in key, but do you have any standard "go to Bass presets" from Massive that you use for your tracks that tend to work with more tracks than not? I'm a self taught producer with Maschine and basslines are still my biggest challenge to getting my beats to the next level. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. As always, another amazing video and beat. Keep up the great content!
Thanks a lot. I do have a preset I’ve been using since day one with Maschine and that’s a preset called “just bass” from either massive or reaktor.. sometimes it’s way easier to tune the bass slightly instead of the samples, but it all depends on the samples. Recently I’ve been using more Scarbee Rickenbacker bass for a more “natural” sounding bass. “Just bass” is my go to sub
I’ve just returned my MPC Live 2 to Amazon since it had defective pads (double and triplet triggered) and I really don’t like the workflow with that ugly Java UI/UX they designed… I think I’m going to go with the Roland MK2 and my old MPC 500
I’m not a huge fan of the mpc workflow, but anything paired with the 404 is a win.. or just using it standalone. For me it’s the Maschine + and 404 MK2 at the moment. Still wanna try out the Digitakt and Polyend tracker. Been a hardcore tracker from 96-2018
Thanks a lot 👊🏻 Not sure 😬 when I planned for this video I was going to sample a vinyl but I couldn’t find something to vibe with so I just took a few random samples from Spotify. If you find the sample, let me know! It’s not out on the streaming platforms.
And I feel I should have worded that differently I recorded the song at the studio my song was mixed and mastered at…but I did bring him the beat and made it…it was a new studio…well take care 🎹🎧🎙️🎶‼️
