ive been anemic for years and really bad virtigo as well i find that when it gets really bad i take an alcohol wipe and just pass it through my nose and smell a couple times and it takes away the sick gross feeling you get , a paramedic has told me this
Hey Sarai! I'm right there with you on taking all those supplements! For iron though I just learned that they shouldn't be taken at the same time as calcium since it inhibits iron absorption. I was told to wait 1-2 hrs between. Just wanted to pass along this info in case it helped 😊
Ive been a follower since your pizza ranch days and girl there is not one video I haven’t watched of yours. Honestly it just feels like we’re on FaceTime when you post vlogs that are more chill. Dont feel stressed at all because your true supporters will support you no matter what and the haters will always have something to complain about. 🫶🏼
I know it’s hard not being able to do much but just think of it like quarantine. When I was in quarantine I did a lot of home projects and ideas as well as organizing, trying new products and doing something new you haven’t done because now you have that time to do that even with crew I’m sure there’s things you guys can do together or even things for yourself that you’ve been wanting to do or get done at home that you haven’t had the time to be able to do 🩷 you are doing the best you can with handling this situation and no one can say otherwise we love you! I’m just happy we still get vlogs because nothing of yours is ever boring I promise you 🩷you’ve helped me get through so much in the past I’ve been watching you for over 10 years 🩷
When my toddler throws tantrums or just gets really angry or stressed for no reason that I know of I just grab him and give him a hug, I rub his back and then he goes about his day🥲
Girl your videos bring me so much joy and your content is always good. People go through so much stuff, you’re just a normal human being. I hope your foot is healing good. 🩷💗🩷💗🩷💗🩷💗
