I have dehydrated skin prone to hyperpigmentation and I stopped using foam even if gentle , summer time my skin goes through but, dr nurad has a great cleanser..
Hello Nerida, i had sebum that dried and when i tried extracting it created a donut like structure. I extracted some more a month later and some harden sebum came out and the skin bruised but it a month later it still is dark and not flatten. I am an African American and i don't think burning is acceptable for ny skin tone right? How can i get this cleared? Also i just started Esthetic Class and i would love to mentor at your facilities. Also how do you tell it is a fungal outbreak?
Yeast infections are a potential issue for people like myself, who enjoy wearing latex rubber, and PVC clothing, which is of course, non-breathable ... However, one has to suffer for one's little pleasures in life! 🤣
Foam can dry your skin out, especially mature skin, may work out in the summer, but i switch to non foaming, i have severe different types of non foaming, including Rejuvi cream cleanser.
I have those bumps one my cheeks for 4 years and i took isotretinoin for 2months. By that time my bumps were reduced but it came back again. Again my dermatologist told me to take isotretinoin for 4months and I'm taking . But after watching your video i think it's my stomach that causing me these bumps
I could never handle most dairy but cheese I loved. I stopped eating cheese, peanuts and Bananas and I have improved. I still have itchy but tiny and painful spots breaking out but they are fewer. I am celebrating my progress
My skin been taught feel hard , I was using foam in the am and acid in my essence ,and once I age , it's a must to change what you use to improve... essence with acid can do harm

Thank you for your video! I have itchiness on the top of my ears and eyelids, red bumps on my chest and face occasionally and Kp dots all over my legs. These symptoms started right after I recovered from an illness for which I used antibiotics treat.
I recently asked my g.p about getting a blood test for candida and he said no there is no such test. It was at this point I realised how wide spread this problem must be. Additionally I hope my g.p is wrong and there is a test available as candida is no joke I tell you once you've had it for several years it starts to strip you of minerals/vitamins..

It’s a bit disorientating that people can’t agree on things. You mention that vinegar is a problem. Everything fermented is a problem. And on the other side stands a lot of people in the medical field mentioning apple cider vinegar and several probiotic fermented foods to eat on a candida diet. It’s difficult to know who to listen to.
