This is great information!! Thank you! Wish there were pictures. I am an esty and have a question about clients with full face acne combo pustules and acne scars and such, what would be the best start of treatments for her?

Nerida thank you for this information. I have to ask though, are these all really acne or do they just get confused with acne? The reason I wonder is because acne is an abbreviation of a specific bacteria. I have keratosis pilaris that I manage with diet and moisturising but when it is more symptomatic mostly there is no infection or redness only the build up of dead cells. Does fungal acne have a bacterial component too?

Hey I am watching all your videos. Have acne since 3 years and have tried everything like chemical peels and PRP, 6 sitting of peels and PRP even cut dairy completely following vegan diet but nothing works. I hope you can help me. I have oily skin and using salyclic cleanser to get rid of oils. Please give me some advice

hey nerida joy, hope you are well. I was wondering if you know if its possible to get 'normal' skin again after doing low dose isotetrinoin? also do you happen to know about folliculitis? to cut a long story short, i finished a course of accutane 20mg/4months and afterwards my scalp broke out with acne which i now know is folliculitis, its been with me ever since so for about 8 years. Now the derm says that accutane long term low dosage should be used to control it... and tbh i regret doing it the first time so feel like i am between a rock and a hard space now. 1 more question, how long do you have to take anti-biotics to cause candida?
