I learned to swim at a late age, started participating in various swimming competitions from the age of 6 months, and have been swimming for nearly 10 years. While participating in the competition, I always had a goal, and since I was swimming, I made efforts to improve my swimming skills. I did a lot. I started RU-vid like this in order to convey my knowledge and know-how acquired through hard work. It will start awkwardly at first, but by the time I start to get close to you, I will have mastered RU-vid too.
For now, just remember two things to effectively improve your swimming skills.

저는 예전에 강사님이 발차기를 걷는것처럼 하라고 하시더라구요 막 달리면 오래 못달리지 않느냐 걷는다 생각하라~~그뒤로부터 진짜 힘을뺀느낌이 뭔지 깨닫고나서는 호흡도 트이고 20바퀴 40바퀴 다 수월하게 가능해졌답니다~~걷는다고 생각하고 에너지를 절약하니 길게오래~가지더라구요 😊
이거 보니 처음 수영 배울때 생각나네요 전 25미터 가는데 6개월 걸렸습니다. 마지막 선에서 3~4미터를 가는데 거의 2달 정도 걸렸습니다. 그런데 어느날 25미터 딱 찍고 다음날 3바퀴, 그 다음날 5바퀴, 그 다음날 10바퀴, 그 다음날 20바퀴를 돌고, 그다음날은 43바퀴 돌다 지겨워서 그만 돌았습니다. 말 그대로 숨이 트였습니다.
