Don‘t ever do that at a first step, you have to check ram, battery to then you can check smps and components, most of the time its a ram remove it clean it and attach again the cpu will work fine

I am glad you hard dix started working after rubbing. I understand that it was wet and the motor was not spinning, but your hard dix was sensed in the end. Please take care of your hard dix. Dont put your hard dix in random places. It could break.
