hello friend here discuss how to repair Hp desktop cpu fan spin for a second then turn off immediately problem. first of all this problem happen for motherboards shorting.its can be for moisture. also for any component shorting problem. so at first clean full motherboard with thinner or sprite . then try to find out faulty component. remove 4 pin atx connector. after removing press power botton. if cpu fan is spinning continuously faulty from vrm section. check vrm section or if fan spin and then off then check full motherboard.

I have solved my issue by hair dryer, don't contact it more than 5 second on any capaciter or transistor with normal heat level is fine, I have got this issue due to humedifier near to my cpu which moisted the Board.

My pc turn off and then turn off immediately and don't turn on again until i press start button i changed ram but issue didn't get solved any solution i think there is issue in my power powersupply what is your opinion?? I have 400w psu 4Fans, gt 1030(gpu), 2 4gb ram sticks, 2hdd and dual core cpu (50w i guess)

Sir maine sabhi capacitor remove kiye the kyu kee short dikh rha tha fir bhi wo short dikh rha he.... When I remove 12v supply fan ghum ke ruk rha he aur jab 12 v connect kar rha hu to kuch bhi nahi chal rha... Please help

CPU fan , spin hota hai, lekin power supply fan is very slow, two to three times computer start and shut down hone ke baad power supply ka fan better circulate hota hai. kabhi kabhi 2 to 3 times lagata hai normal computer start hone me, but 1 baar theek se chal Gaya to fir band nahi hota, Kiya problem ho sakti hai ?
