Why do people always talking about rich people being nice and polite as if it's revolutionary? lol A lot more people would be nice too if they didn't have financial stress and could afford to go on yearly Paris or Italy trips.
Ironically alot of these diets are carb heavy which causes inflammation. You can definitely eat healthier but w/ much tastier foods. I wonder who creates their diets.
Dieting is not hard for me but you know what's hard? Refusing my Asian grandma's cooking 😭 it so good but it's so high on cards, msg, and cholesterol! 😭
You know that the economy in real inflation, when people think affording good whole foods is expensive, and that if and person is able to afford it along with good parents, he is richy rich 💀
I wanna add something here, Salt isn't bad. Rather, it's very important for you, but it should be consumed with moderation, not too much, not too little
I am able to easily follow these diets, controlling my apetite is not the problem. The problem is that I have exams and tests almost every other week, so the only reason why I try not to diet is because it really hinders my brain's critical thinking and I feel REALLY lethargic.
I have had gastritis for about 10-11 years now. Some food is not my friend and males my chronic pain worse. I had to disagree, and prioritizing nutritious and good tasting foods that are gentle on my stomach will always make me feel my best. Do what works for you, but ignoring my pain for the sake of eating delicious things just doesnt make me feel my best.
A lot of teenager’s depression doesn’t just comes from work stress, that stress just adds to what we experience mentally and gives us another challenge. Lots of our feelings stem from what happens within our workspace, with people and with ourselves… I totally agree with you about how teenagers are expected to behave and everything you said just adding to the point, because most adults think the only thing on our mind is our work and our future jobs and whatever.
Yeah you’ll feel that way in your 20s then when they do a colonoscopy and take out a cancerous polyp or two from you ignoring your body over a decade and they tell you they are glad you came back in 10 years early bc if you had waiting until 40 there would be nothing that they could do. You would have wished you had tried to make an effort to avoid the foods that your body is giving you clear signals not to keep eating. I can’t do gluten or dairy and coffee and I will have to do a colonoscopy every two years for life.

Jesus is coming back soon it’s time to change our ways!! When I was depressed and bitter and anxious, I thought I would be that way forever, but when Yah (God )led me to start reading the Bible for myself and learn who he is, I learned so much that I never knew and began to truly heal! Now today I can testify that I am free from that depression, anxiety and bitterness!
