Annie is doing the lord's work, helping me not feel guilty about eating until I'm full. I always remember her videos when I want to eat something and I'm like "but you already ate". Okaaaay, ssssoooooo????? I'm still hungry.
One of the things I love about you is that you always know want you want for breakfast,like I never know what to eat for breakfast so then sometimes I end up not even eating breakfast 😭💜

hey Annie! Lifting for ur upper body will absolutely not make u bulky. In fact, it will do the opposite and help u "lean out" as women don't have as much testosterone as men and so you won't get "bulky" like a man does when he lifts. And actually, if u want to grow ur lower bod then upper body strength will help u lift more for lower body movements like squats for example..and so if u can lift more then you'll see better results with ur glutes! :) hope this was helpful

Actually was a little scared of you doing this challenge as you can give yourself water intoxication and die from over consuming water in a short amount of time. ~2L is more than enough for the day 🙈 I am curious if you’ve felt any side effects a week after like headaches etc. Challenge aside, i did of course enjoy your food selections and the painting 🎨 Keep being your wonderful self 😁😘
I have been drinking 16 (a gallon) to 21 cups a day for the past 16 years (since March 2005). I am an active 5 foot 4 inch female who weighs around 130 pounds. I started increasing the amount of water I drank to help me stop overeating. I used to mistake thirst for hunger and ate out of boredom. Also, drinking more water made me eat less. I dropped 114 pounds in 15 months. Of course, it wasn't just because I increased my water intake. I made a lifestyle change by ditching the unhealthy drinks and foods plus added exercise. If I don't drink at least a gallon a day, I get a headache.
Annie Fang you are one of my role models you are so unique and talented with art and RU-vid and apparently drinking a gallon of water lol you inspire to do many great thing's one like doing more art work and thanks for the art tip you have grown so much over RU-vid and can't wait for more RU-vid content stay strong and beautiful I love you .
I probably wouldn't even be able to drink a gallon of water.. Since I'd probably always feel full of water and also I'd be going to the bathroom every 10 minutes, and that doesn't sound fun. So you're quite brave for drinking that much °^°
I think I drink too much water... I drink like 3 half gallons unless my bottle lied and isn't half a gallon. Should I drink less water..? (Depending on the day but on average I drink 3 half-gallon bottles)
My mom always told me that only water can make me lose weight, instead of working out. I always told her that I should eat my 3 or 4 meals of the day, because they're all really important. 🥢🥪🥟🌭🌮🌯🍜🍝🍕🍟🍘🍤🍛🍱🍲🥐🥑🥗🥙🥓🥞
If you hate running and want another form of cardio I recommend doing a tabata . Also maybe a fun video idea would be working out like your subscribers??

hey i dunno if this rude...but as an Indian i feel i should stay true to my culture and say that PLEASE dont put anything with biryani(what we call that fried rice with chicken!)...hey but make it real hot and put some yogurt on the side and it will be bomb!!...its one of my fav dishes and i am sooo happy that youre dad tried it!hope you loved it!:)(ps: you can also add some lime pickle on the side and even pappad!) and love you sooooo much!
