Another great video Andrew. This couple did an absolutely amazing job in their choices of cabinets, countertops and backsplash, and wood flooring. The new trend is leaning towards a lighter contemporary look, but their fifth Wheel feels so warm and cozy. If I ever win the lottery I’m going to kidnap this couple and drag them up to Marathon with me to help me design the interior. 😊

One of the true advantages of a 5th wheel is the ability to use your truck as a primary mode of transport while your home stays behind. GREAT vid Andrew!
FINALLY !! a 5th wheel I would actually consider. Nothing up till now has compared with my Newmar Dutch Star. I would love to know the specs on this coach. I'm not that concerned with its cost as I am with its quality. Great job owners !! It's beautiful. oh and Andrew, its called a FARM SINK.
More of the technical aspects would improve this video-hauler, auto level, tank size, etc-or is it a normal coach with quartz tops and high end sinks and switches?

For $250k the walls better be insulated with "fire blanket" and kevlar, roof covered in solar panels and 200 kilowatt hours of battery backup.(Tesla) An electric extendable dolly so you can move it around a little by remote without your tow vehicle, radiant in floor heating and triple camera backup views(double as security once parked) and every TV is an LG OLED! (It's a nice video though! 👍)
Andrew, while I've NEVER been a fan of a 5th wheel, this one is pretty amazing with all the room... especially considering that a guy of Tony's size can move about with relative ease. Very impressive.
I wouldn't like the sink on the slide out. It means the drain hose is getting pushed and pulled every time the slide out moves. Disaster waiting to happen.
Andrew, Any idea how much it weighed fully loaded? I have seen a rear kitchen New horizon that is REALLY nice. The kitchen was nearly as big as a kitchen in a real home.
The gross vehicle weight is right around 25,000 lb. Definitely super nice! The finishes were similar to the king Aire that I too heard a couple days before. Thank you for watching!
DO NOT tow this rig with a tiny pickup. Get a single axle Volvo. Safety. If you need to do evasive maneuvers or just stop quickly, you don't want this trailer trying to pass you.

How can they justify that price for a trailer? What is the wall/ceiling construction like? And with three 8k lb rated axles, if it weighs approximately 25k lbs it’s exceeding the capacity of the axles.
About 20% of that weight is on the truck and not the axles. It is good that you noticed that because many RV trailers don't leave much capacity for cargo and have axle and tire failures when overloaded.
I have a similar New Horizons Majestic as well. Everyone has a different idea of how they romanticize RVing; it's not a price thing that determines whether one chooses a drivable or pullable RV. One can buy a drivable RV for $70k or $2M; or a pullable from $20k to $250k. I as well chose a luxury pullable; there's no right or wrong; it's whatever floats your boat.

With a class A you are limited to about 7 foot ceilings versus 8 to 9. I have also seen a beautiful vintage American Eagle motorcoach that had a white interior ruined due to a mechanic accessing the top of the engine under the bed. Motorhome drivetrains are unique sometimes and can't get fixed just anywhere. When a tow vehicle breaks down you can rent another one and keep your belongings (often several thousand pounds) in the trailer. I've seen folks unloading class A's and C's with a moving van along the highway before.
Still has the useless window in the door, My 2019 Forest River XLR Boost Toy hauler has two doors no stupid windows on them and two bathrooms and can fit my motorcycle and a 4 wheeler in a 13 ft garage cost less than a 5th of this featured RV

That looks nice but for that price it doesn't have an engine or a steering wheel. Sorry, too much for a fifth wheel that you're still going to have to spend another $50-60k minimum on a tow vehicle to move it. For less than half the price of this rig you can get a new motorhome that will do everything that will do, be just as nice, and when you get where you are going just unhook your 30 mpg toad or trailer with jeep, quads, motorcycles, etc. and go have fun.
I’m sorry. There’s no rv/5th wheel/motorhome on this planet worth $250k. If someone is willing to pay that much, they have more money in the bank than gray matter between their ears. The interior doesn’t look any different than most of the ones I’ve looked at that were a fraction of the price. People that buy a rig like this want bragging rights plain and simple.
I know what they are, I rarely see them. Have only detailed one. Keep in mind, I only have access to coaches that I have a relationship with the owner.
Not sure why anyone would need a $250k 5th wheel. A lot of places you can’t take it because of its size. If you spend this kind of money you might as well buy a home.
Real wood,thicker insulation, real granite, and tile. Better windows and dual to triple ACs. Some offer heated floors. May not be worth 250k but in the 100k range yes. Afterall, stronger frame, suspension and so forth makenthe upgrades worth it.
Listen, same floor plans as all the others, a couple of trinkets here and there. Still has lippert components still uses pex like all the rest, I don't see the price.. The RV market is not what it was 5-6 years ago. However these manufactures keep jackin up the price, I for one am not paying these high prices anymore for these "High End" coaches. I'll spend the cash if it has a built in 24/7 repairman in the basement..
1/4 million for tow rig and RV would be questionable. Lot of super c"s for less with 450 hp on frieghtliner chassis. Could have a Jeep Cherokee toad to boot. No thanks.

How much can you buy a new order top of the line New Horizon fifth wheel for? I was always taught that something is worth whatever someone will pay for it. Please enlighten me on current New horizon market value.
