Very nice single story primary closet needs to be bigger or a second one built, yes slow down some and open some cabinets and drawers and the pool needs to be bigger

Everytime i see a nicer house its ruined for me because the neighbors can hear you yawn when you wake up in the morning. Everytime i see the desired lot size the houses usually dont feel it out well and leave much to be desired. Gotta love vegas man. 😂

My only suggestion/critique is that you should slow down just a bit. You fly through these where we as viewers don't really get to see and enjoy what you're showing. For example, the primary bedroom's closet. You stepped in and showed about 2 seconds of the closet where we really could not see how big it really was.

Not terrible for a renovation, the kitchen could be better. Kitchen Aid is not high end but that can be fixed. There MUST be under cabinet illumination. I get it, a lot of these flippers don't cook and don't know how to do a kitchen. If I was looking, there had better be a list of pulled permits for everything that was done. So many flippers go crazy on finishes but ignore the most expensive parts, plumbing, electrical, HVAC - usually if replaced at all, use the cheapest equipment. As for the recessed lighting, relying only on overhead lights is awful. I lamination should come from different directions. Table lamps, floor lamps, wall sconces where appropriate and some up lighting. Not sure why anyone would put an HVAC vent directly over the gas cooktop. Foolish. Long rail kitchen cabinet handles went out of fashion back in 2011. Primary bathroom floor while lovely is a MAJOR slip hazard. I'm seeing a lot of "flipper, Home Depot" going on. The pool is awful, too small to swim laps and the "Fred Flinstone" rocks around it are awful, we don't live in Bedrock or the stone age. Jackhammer that mess out. The house has merit but missed the mark and says "Flipper" to me. It is easier to find a non remodeled house in an excellent area, gut it down to the studs or if necessary, scrape the lot and build from scratch.
