Prayers for Pippins recovery. Yes, all cats & dogs hate that cone. I was so sad when my dog and 2 kitties had to wear the cone when they all got spayed & neutered. They are just so sad & miserable having to wear those. 😢🙏

I have had 3 customers try and contact me saying to ship to another address. It usually turns out to someone using someones stolen credit card or it is a scam. Ebay will cover you either way. Only ship to the address provided by Ebay. If you ship to another address not provided by Ebay you will not be covered if it turns out to be a scam or stolen card.

i enjoy the Q & A. The "speed round" was stressful. I don't think you are too long winded with your explanations. I have learned a lot and my reselling business has benefited greatly. After seeing how you two dote on your dog, i will never feel guilty again for spoiling my own precious puppy.

Why choose to End and Sell Similar instead of End and Re-list, since both give the item new eBay numbers.

When answering questions, I really appreciated your "speed round" method. You do have a tendency to be long winded when answering questions. I was just about ready to exit that part of the video when you stated you were going to speed it up. Not meant to criticize, as you do share very helpful information.

Separate mail class for items like pins really is needed. Much of what I sell that size would sell much better, if shipping was more in line with what they created for Standard Envelope.

I could only wish, but it will never happen, thick packages have to be hand sorted is why they will not qualify for the standard envelope rates.

I just had that very same issue except I had labeled it so I had to check w eBay to what I needed to do about paying for another label. I messaged the buyer as to what she needed to do. eBay was very helpful. I thought it was a scam for a $100 sale. eBay checked and when she corrected the address eBay messaged me that it wasn’t a scam and I could ship it to her new address on file. Very helpful eBay.

As long as the item shows delivered per tracking number, you will not be responsible. and Ebay does not allow you to change address once the item has sold. They only allow addresses that are on file.

When I end a listing to sell similar, I do it on my phone and it asked me four different questions four or five different ways that I want to end it, I normally put in their item no longer available or there's a problem in the listing, because if I do the end with problem in the listing I change out how I have it listed as far as the category or I change the title up somehow or I change up the price, but when I do it on my laptop it doesn't ask me those questions and I can do it one at a time or mass, but when I do it on my phone it's one at a time with questions, I like this form of questions that you have going on in the speed that you're doing them, tonight is fun watching it

Ending listings: I don't recall ever being asked for a reason when ending a BIN. It did use to ask if ending an auction early (I'm not sure if it still does as I've listed an auction in ten years or more). It's possible, however, there is/was a difference between UK site (that's my home) and US.
