Manila Hotel's rich history; Manila hotel was General Douglas MacArthur's headquarters in WW2. The Hotel prides itself as the oldest premiere hotel in the Philippines. When the hotel opened on July 4, 1912, it represented the epitome of colonial class and luxury. Among its distinguished guests were a lot of local and foreign celebrities the likes of Prince Charles, the Beatles, President Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Nelson Mandela, Marlon Brando, John Wayne, Sammy Davis Jr., Ernest Hemingway, publisher Henry Luce, James A. Michener, Douglas Fairbanks, Michael Jackson, Gloria Estefan, Jon Bon Jovi, and countless members of the royal family members. The hotel also used to host the offices of several foreign news organizations, including The New York Times, NY Post, and Washington Post.
This was great. The Manila hotel lobby is so beautiful and looks like good selection of food choices there. The pool was great, especially the lightning and decorations and kids wading pool. I also loved the bar tenders found you and put your video up on the big screen! 👌😊💚♥️🧡👍

Welcome to Metro Manila Philippines....Lots of things to do for the kids.....nearby is the Manila Ocean Park, and Mall of Asia with lots of things to do, Ice Skating, Bowling, Theater, kids fun things, and outside is lots of entertainment......then there is Okada Manila....for Adult and kids to watch the Colorful Musical Fountain at night starts at 6pm every hour.....and lots of Food Places to eat....
I am from India, whenever someone travels on an Indian passport, he needs an exit ticket in order to get a visa for Europe, UK, or any country for that matter. In fact we need to submit an application which includes our hotel bookings, travel itinerary and exit tickets, it is a hassle to travel on passports of Developing countries
