Where to start? The camera is not balanced completely which highly affects the gimbal use. 7.45 kilos wow 16.42 lbs which is about 1.5lbs over the gimbals max rating and why you are having some issues. And lastly, WOW does that lens breath when you pull focus...

Rad review of the product! Just picked mine up and received. I have the BM Ursa Mini Pro 4.6k G2 and running the Sigma 18-35mm lens on it. Definitely a heavy payload with all that, 7 inch monitor and Battery on the cam too. Been working pretty smooth when upright like this, but have been running into problems when it's underslung mode. When I am in PF mode, if I pan to the right or left, I get the gimbal starting to shake. If I leave it for a second it returns to normal, but can't pan at all. If I throw it into POV mode when unerslung, then I dont get any of that. Have you seen any problems with any of your heavier payloads and underslung mode? Upgraded the firmware right when I got it and all balanced properly. Curious to see if you had the same issues though being that you are running such a heavy payload as well.

I can see a little vibration on the image when you walk, maybe is by the long arm of the gimbal, can be? or maybe the motors are not set with much power. I can see the same problem on mine with a Panasonic Eva 1 and a canon 24-70 mm.

I can't get my motion controller to work at all. I get the iPod and gimbal looking symbols only. I switched the gimbal to CCS mode, updated the firmware, tried connecting it in every way I could think of. No luck. Did you ever get yours working? Mine seems to not be communicating with the Crane 3s at all.

A question. How do you handle the focus pulling when you use the dual grip with the gimbal? I assume you're bypassing the integrated follow focus of the gimbal or?

When you go on the ziyhun app you need to scroll across and select the transmitter rather than the gimbal to be able to get a live feed

Hey buddy, Love your video and it's a good thing I watched it. Were you able to get the image transmission set to work since this video? I also own a RED and the Zhiyun 3S. My transmission set in the way and I did not realise that the wireless motion joystick thingy didn't work with REDs. I got it as I wanted to control the gimbal's movement remotely without using the phone app.

Hello Friend. I have a problem with Crane 3S. For 6 months now I can't solve the problem😌😌😌When you move forward or backward, does your video jerk? Maybe the power bank for the Blackmagic 6K camera should be placed at the top 👆? I placed it in the back.

I have the Crane 3s myself, keep the motors on low (light payload and I've tested all settings, sitting at 7.71 kilos with gimbal & camera pkg). I notice a very light vibration, not in the footage but if I touch the gimbal (it gets worse in different modes). It is extremely subtle but watching my footage it just doesn't feel buttery smooth. Do you notice a very subtle vibration/motors working if you touch one of the arms? My first Crane 3s didn't work properly so I'm on my second one. What would be the odds I get two lemons in a row? Also I balanced everything properly with added supports. I've been using gimbals for years :) Thanks in advance!

Hey mate, really hoping you can help me with an idea I'm trying to put together. I'd like to be able to put a DSLR on a gimbal and mount both on a tripod and be able to control the camera zoom remotely (either wired or wireless) There are 2 ways I can think of that could work. But the zoom has to be a smooth zoom (with a zoom rocker) 1- Using something like the Zhiyun TransMount Motion Sensor Controller to control the focus pull motor (mounted on the zoom) 2- Getting the power zoom lens www.sony.com.au/electronics/camera-lenses/selp28135g but I don't think I can control the zoom remotely? Obviously option 1 will be the more cost effective route but wanted to see if you've attempted this setup yourself and confirm it would work? Thanks mate

I think you need a motion slider for the RED. Shoulder camming the RED, But using this gimbal for the RED instead of a mirrorless is just doing it wrong.
