I really love the high ceiling concept for a studio it's almost like it's a one bedroom in that case. I would definitely get a pull out sofa bed for the 1st floor for guests instead. Other than that this is an amazing property to live at!

Love the design of studio/one bed but i feel like you are paying big premium for the various facilities on the condo. Tens of sitting areas, are they getting enough use?

Am I the only one to spot the balcony railing with no top support? I'm pretty sure that would give way pretty easily.

One problem with the loction: it is not in walking distance of anywhere. Polished turd. Find somewhere a bit more south below the nearby canal.

One downside could be that Jodd Fairs lease is up at the end of this year and its moving locations.
