My guy. The Ninja 400 is absolutely the very least comfy two-wheeled vehicle I've ever had the displeasure of *having* to sit on, and this fever dream might save my wife's from getting left in a ditch somewhere and claimed on insurance. I ride the thing waayyy more than she does because my bikes are in perpetual project status. I hate it. It hurts me, for days after I've ridden. I'd rather sit on a square of plywood. This is fantastic, I'm shamelessly copying you this weekend.
I kid you not a few weeks ago I went to a bicycle store with my girlfriend looking for something similar for my bike. I have seem some people use some seat covers with some padding on them but I worry it could make it unsafe to ride...We even looked at some bicycle pants too. For $15 dollars you can't beat what you did! haha It's good to see the weather getting better on the east coast too!
The Ninja 400 desperately needs a seat upgrade. I replaced some of the foam on mine with some gel material (watched a RU-vid video on it). It made things a lot better but there is still significant room for improvement. I've also used cycle shorts which help a lot.
Cycle shorts is great idea. I saw that gel replace video where they stitched in that piece. I really want to custom build up the seat to add height and make the contour flat, then lots of padding. Gonna figure out how soon and hopefully make a video on it. Thank you for the comment!
What's the deal? Like a rash or something between the legs or is it just hot down there? I'm just randomly watching this. I know sometimes I personally get a little hot. Gotta stand up. I don't like standing up when hot. I don't like people thinking I'm showing off but it's hot. 😂😂😂😂 Let's take a left down meth head lane. So sad but surprising statement. More and more it's less and less surprising. Every very very nice town of high income has one spot somewhere that is a little sketchy.
The stock seat is hard and tilts you towards the gas tank. The result is cramped party boys smashed against the tank. This definitely helps prevent that. Yeah 😂 not trying to generalize, but there are definitely some meth heads down that road.
