Hey channel 5, go to the statehouse and find the lectern in the photo. You will not find it because the $19k paid for a trip to Paris. She got caught and the party now tries to cover it up by reimbursing the state. Sad.

The report said nothing about the firm that sold this does not sell lecterns and is tied to a personal friend, and to a trip to Paris and appears to be an under the table payment for the trip using taxpayer funds. The lectern was fake and valued at a fraction of the cost of what was sold.

@@brentbarnhart5827 if you break it down into 5 smaller payments most likely it won’t have any red flags anytime you make a CC purchase for 19k it’s gonna catch someone’s eyes. I use to verify CC purchases no way in hell would anyone ever allow a purchase that high to fly using a CC. If they were clever obviously they’re not they should have billed it as an event consultation and not the lectern.

Me as well, I would love to see when it was received.
