Crimson's an excellent resort there in Mactan. Glad to see the property back in its glory after it sustained significant damage from a supertyphoon that forced the place to close for more than a year for major repairs. Don't expect much lechon in the island of Mactan. You really hafta cross to the mainland of Cebu for it

That bbq looks so good. My first trip to Australia my mother in law BOILED a lag of lamb! I cried. My son was a little younger than Koda when he refused the stroller. He would make his body melt and ooze out of the straps. A back pack saved us. He liked being up high.

Try to visit Il Corso at Cebu City, a lot of good food choices. They even have Ricos Lechon there. I highly recommend.

For lechon, it depends if you're going for a restaurant setting or market ambiance. For restaurant setting, you can either go to Rico's or House of Lechon. For market setting , you can go to the original place where lechon started and it's in Talisay Food Park and you can see tons of lechon stalls and it's the best, it's about 30 min away from the city. The other one is the lechon in Carcar city and this place is about an hour away from the city.
