Hey Marlon, This New Construction Home is really not bad at all. I would have put in a Kitchen Island, and around the Refrigerator, would put extra Cabinets. The Primary Bathroom is relatively small, They should have Extended it, and beside I like Enclosed Shower instead. They also needs to Repaved the Driveway, But for $225,000, This is an Steal, Super Nice Video 😀❤️📸👍

This property is perfect for a rental or an Airbnb or even as a starting investment for first-time homebuyers. Nice 2-car garage and wide backyard space. Wonderful tour, Marlon!

Hey is this area safe? I know every area has crime but would you say this area is more safe then it is dangerous? Also do you think this is a good investment in terms of buying with Conventional 5% down live in it a year and then rent after? Or do you think it would be hard to find tenants to rent it since it’s in the middle of no where lol

I would love to biy a house at these prices but damn.. there is nothing ia these towns. It would be depressing. But i am seriously thinking about it.

alot of these areas like Groveland and Clermont started out just like that way back in the day so it may be worth it to at least take a look. Let me know if you want to schedule some time to go see some. 407-305-4165

Hey Marlon. 1-story for $225K? Probably small but let me watch. 1200 sq ft? 3 beds? It’s possible. Deep entry. Ok. Guest bedroom not too bad. Ok size guest bathroom. Expect fiberglass. Good 2-car garage. Ok. Can fit a full/queen bed. Laundry ok. Open concept. Good dining/living space. Pantry ok. The primary an ok size. The en-suite small. The other bathroom was nicer but less to clean😂. The glimpse of the closet looked a little small. Ok backyard and space between homes. Need a pool. Marlon it’s not exactly what I may want but honestly for $225 new construction it can work. Retirement or starter home. Refresh my memory. I know HOA but What is CDD? That escapes me. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

CDD is a community development district fee that some homes will have to pay in addition to their HOA but is paid with their property taxes. I will make a detailed video soon explaining this because it is a popular thing to run into in certain areas in florida.

The rooms in the house are too small you can barely get a twin bed in it so if they raised the price they just overcharged and people that's all they would be doing I think the price should be less than 225 I said they build a house and then the rooms is so small,, You're doing your job to get a commission but would you stay in a house like that would you buy that with the room so small you can only get a twin bed in it
