The grey does not complement the marble/stonework throughout the house. The house seems overdone. Removing just half of all the flourishes/moldings in this house would still make it beautiful. You can pay $38 million for it but you will still have to put another $25+ million to change out all the stone/marble that doesn't go with the grey. The plan of the house is choppy. The owner's closet is not big enough for $38 mil. But you did a great job on the tour! Thanks for sharing!

your camera man is following you, instead of following your audio. nobody wants to see you for the total episode. another problem you have , when you see something that and pass by just mentioning it it not enough, viewer must see it. I watched all your video show, I still do not know the specifics of the house, as number of bedrooms, measurements, realtors, and more. in the whole episode your camera man, only showed yo, not the house. Your episode is good to take it home and show it to your kids, so that they can be happy to see their father in video. I suggest you look at NS episodes and learn how to make episodes.
