$4.8 Million Daher TBM 960 | Turboprop Perfection
Daher TBM 960 was unveiled On April 5, 2022 at the Sun 'n Fun Aerospace Expo, Lakeland, Florida. It is a single-engine turboprop aircraft with a pressurised cabin that can accommodate up to 5 passengers and 1 pilot. The PT6E-66XT engine that powers the TBM 960 has an initial horsepower of 850. The TBM 960 has a maximum cruise speed of 326 knots, Takeoff Distance: 2535 ft, Landing Distance: 2430 ft and a 4 passenger NBAA IFR range of 1,730 nautical miles.

Not really. The Tbm 960 has longer range but the Epic 1000 GX burns less fuel. They both have about the same cruise speed but Epic has a higher ceiling (34k) vs the TBM (31k). Where the Epic clearly wins is climb speed, usefull payload after fuel, price ($1 mil less than TBM) and operating costs. The TBM is more expensive but also more luxurious. The TBM also has auto throttle, auto land and all the other perks that comes with the G3000 avionics whereas Epic has none of those and has the G1000 NXI avionics. If I had the money I'd get the TBM but I wouldnt turn either away if they were given to me lol
