Thank you so much for your great RU-vid video's I'm Col Casey Bronson in East Tennessee a disabled Vietnam veteran! I just turned 72 years old last month July 27th, Sir! I've had a private pilots license sense I was 17 got it no one could love aircraft more than myself I just wanted to say I've dreamed of flying in a plane like the piper you now have? Sorry I have got to go the doctors I'll try to get back to you later I didn't look after the time? Do to being disabled I lost track of the time? Awesome aircraft and great information. I'm not a pilot but I find these videos very informational to know what one goes thru to fly something like this efficiently and safely. I enjoyed your video. I'm the son of a pilot so when other kids went camping with their dad I was going to Osh Kosh, or visiting military bases or flying in small planes. My dad is a former Navy pilot flying C-130s with skids and jato jets in Antarctica. He also flew P-3 Orion sub hunter planes. He's a retired B777 captain and line check airman flying ORD to China. And I've flown with him in his Cessna 172 from Chicago to Austin and Daytona Beach. I always immediately connect with people that have a passion for flying. I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to experience the joy of aviation.

Great video that covered my 2 favorite private aircraft topics- the TBM and float planes. Would love some inside baseball on the cost and procedures to get into float planes, either on a commercial or hobby basis.

The TBM 930 is a great ride! steveo1kinevo is another TBM channel worth a watch. Your video was great to explain the check-out process. Gives a very clear idea of what to expect in terms of training.... Well the cost, that's the hard part, but I guess if you can afford the TBM you can afford the training! Thank you.

I am not part of the aviation industry in any way and I know very little about planes, but I must say the TBM is a fascinating aircraft. It looks so good! It has a really appealing look to me. It must be a joy to own and operate.

I've been flying this plane on MS Flight Sim 2020. What a treat to fly this plane. Landing it can be tricky but so far its been a blast.

my son grew up with puters--learned to fly at 14(glider),solo the 150 at 16--flew hi performance aircraft,helicopters including turbine- his transition was a breeze--damn young dudes!!!

I really like your Videos. You have hit on some of the biggest questions that we have when considering whether to continue to rent an airplane or to buy one. I was really seriously considering buying an airplane and now I'm even more serious about that concept. Your video has shown me that this is a doable thing, as well as that when my mission changes I realize I can still just rent the bigger plane rather than owning it. Also your videos gave me more useful information than some of the other things. For example, some pilots talk about the cost of an airplane per hour of flight time. The problem that I have with that is: first, my flight time per year is probably not the same as theirs. Second, I can't reasonably anticipate how much that's going to be in any given year. But, based on what you have given, I can see a budget clearly. Thanks again for posting.

I’ve put a great deal of thought into this, and if I ever win the lottery, this is the plane I’m going to buy.

I have had 2 Lancair 4P with Walther turbines 724 max hp. Transition was from a piston 4P. I had no turbine training, and no problems. My turbines few at 300 and 310 kts FL 260 and apx 35 gph. I was with a friend, John Cook from Deland FL one winter night, and we were doing 340 kts TAS. Initial climb 4000 fpm. The 4P is a spectacular aircraft that got bad press from accidents that were mostly pilot error. You also need heavy right rudder on takeoff. The piston 4P almost as fast with far less fuel burn. Great plane. Too bad it ended up out of production.

Probably one of the coolest and fastest "Civilian" Turboprops ever, just that long nose is making VFR landings probably a bit more difficult.
