I like how the guest house entrance are through stairs reminds of the room in old 🏰 the ones on top in the tower. Also are big properties all In reasonable prices in Miami or it’s some specific location because I can see this one easily above $10M in other states.

A shower outside. Very useful. For 8 months of the year only 5 min outside is enough to go from clean to sticky with sweat. Such is life in Florida’s former swamps turned dream estates. Gotta hand it to those FL developers.

Amazing. Just enough use of dark wood to make it warmer and not look 'clinical'. Use of coordinating green and white in kitchen sets a really great balance. I dont think the price is too steep either for all this luxury.

The home is beautiful. I love the land. And the size of the home but the finishes I am not a fan of they are very taste specific. For me it's mainly because I dont like the green but I love a Moroccan style home. So for me I would have to redo all of the finishes
