I was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I absolutely love living here ! I recently moved back from Orlando and I definitely plan on owning property here. Love it !
Also enjoyed the drone videography flying around the back yard thru the cut outs and in and out of the bedroom balcony’s. I liked the appliance price listings too. That Decor fridge is really something! Really great video!
I actually like the way this was shot more than the other videos. You can pay more attention to the house. Because of the relaxing music and voice overs. Before hand. Your so focused on the person and what they are saying. You barely pay attention to the home. So this is perfect.
This “chalet” tour wouldnt be the same without your sense of humor Jason, there’s just one misunderstanding in society, is thinking that Luxury should be boring and serious. Overall great Job, you REALLY did inspire me with this tour. 😊 (ps: dont stop doing your Job the way you do)

Fun video! Funny you sat on wet cushion. I really liked the colorful plants planted on the other side of the glass railing off the Master bedroom suite. Also the textured triangle arched ceiling looked cool. The views were great. Lots of thought went into it.

True progression my friend. Voice over vid, goofy outtakes. If this house hasn't sold yet, you should go do a do-over and delete this video. Nothing but love, bruh.
Word of advice provide more detail for example whose the architect and what are they known for? Whats the square feet? Which materials are used on the countertops etc? These things add quality to your presentation as literally anyone could just walk around and point things out!
