That bolognese looks awesome! I'll skip the carrots though and maybe stir in some frozen spinach when it's fresh out of the pot, but hell yes, gonna make that for sure. Instead of the super fancy TJ's marinara I'll do some tomato paste + fire roasted canned tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Really loving the overall idea, thank you for sharing!

These dishes could be even cheaper with strained tomatoes rather than mariana sauce and your own spices 😉 I love tomato/ rice and have recently started to add it after cooking the rice . Just tastes note tomatoey lol 😆 I will try the chickpea/ pasta soup
this can be called spanish rice but, in our mexican household my mom actually uses white rice and a tomato sauce to make the rice orange. The dish u r making is gallo pinto its from costa Rica! It litterly contains all the ingredients you put i wanna have some now❤❤
I can't have grains at all BUT I still got some really good ideas from this. Thank you :) Excited to try out the lentils in pasta sauce. I usually use butternut squash spirals for noodles. I think that'll come out nice. May have to try out a corn-free cauliflower rice version of the first one too.
