Laughing at Francisco after he looses, telling the dealer “dont touch my chips” then “get me a million” in the lamest way ever lol. He has to be the worlds biggest doush
Rampage is a good player, his flaw is not being able to let marginal hands go against large bets. He regularly punts. It's such an easy leak to fix. He'll be dominating with the right coaching imo.
@@ImperiumLibertas You're right though the big issue is not being willing to let marginal hands and/or bluffs go and thinking he can win every pot. Right coaching would definitely help with that although I believe it's an issue ingrained in him from his time playing lower stakes.
Rampage is a degen gambler and will be absolutely broke in no time soon. It shows from his tournament play where he buys, rebuys and rebuys again and basically has to win the tournament to break even. He's an ok player but he's 26 and wasting his prime years.
I mean... wouldn't you like to make sure you were paying off the correct amount when stacks are this high? A dealer error could cost five-figures. He was pretty nice about it given the circumstances & how he normally acts
Rampage reacted like just another day at the office. More impressive with the downswing he is having. I would not have been able to contain my excitement.
Everyone hating on rampage is ridiculous. Even though this hand doesn’t show a ton of talent, rampage is a great player and smarter than people think. He will be back with a vengeance.
Rampage seems like a good guy but he's not a good player. He'll tell you that himself. How many times does he just go in he says it's a high variance spot or he says he's there to gamble. He doesn't study the game. He is a punter he's just like Nick airball. As people are getting exponentially better at poker because of the resources people have to study now he is taking the old traditional path of learning by playing which means he is never going to be an elite player
@@beauknows93 the kid is talented. 99.9999999% of the people talking sh!t about him would never have the balls to sit down and play the stakes he does or make the moves he does. They act like he is Mikki.
@clarkgriswold5818 how do you say he's a good player? He is a gambler more so than a poker player. Unless he makes major changes in his bankroll management AND poker game he will go broke.
@danielmeuler2877 He is able to do what he does because early in his career his insanely aggressive play worked out for him cause the deck would bail him out. It is a lot easier to make those crazy aggressive plays when they tend to work out for you dude went from playing 1/3 to 200/400 mainly because of how good he ran not because of how great of a player he is. I think hes a good player but way too many of you guys slobber his meat and dont like to see the truth of his good variance being the main component of him being where he is.
Wasn’t the biggest fan of rampage before but seeing how good of action he is even on such a down swing, and how he casually just won 250k like it was a 20$ pot. He seems like a good guy. Rooting for his comeback, very entertaining to watch as well, punts an all.
Behave yourself, there's running bad and then there's losing mentality, it's impossible to be always dead with 80% equity. You are probably remembering the bad beats more than the wins, try to finish a session thinking about all the positives, it may help with the mental side.@@Kassadin10
Silly shove. It gets checked all the way down to the river and then you 3x pot. You assume your opponent missed with the check flop and check turn. Then bet like you dont want a call. Easy call.
aye i say this all the time its one thing to raise to isolate a pot even reraise if the initial raise is small but there is absolutely nothing wrong with calling and seeing a flop and making sure you actually have a hand before putting all your chips in when AK can easily be dominated and even if you are not dominated you can easily not hit anything
got to say this was an epic hand after all the table talk/play at the start of the game. Airball you gotta earn the badge before you put yourself in the same league as Rampage. nh wp
My boy rampage needed those flops! Welcome back Ethan, not that you went anywhere. Swings will come and as you keep crushing, your confidence will stay! Keep crushing dude!
@@danmartin9086no it’s not everyone plays the exact same style, barely winning anything and just getting raked out their minds, you do one thing that isn’t “standard” online everyone has no idea what to do after
@@miketang8719 yes that "style" is approaching GTO. As people have got better, you have no choice but to play closer and closer to GTO which results in the pool all winning nothing and just getting raked hard in the long run. Hence online poker is very nearly finished
6:30 my oh my how the tables have turned... rampage went from having a once in a lifetime sun run and acting like a hot shot to punting away all his money and having the suicide hotline on his speed dial
Fuck yea glad rampages kings held I’d have been sick to my stomach for rampage if airball hit an ace since he plays so wildly even when he wakes up with a big hand it doesn’t pay off for how much airball punts off
Now we know why all the players at Hustler love Nik Airball. You let him needle you for 5k profits but you get to watch him lose 200K+ later. Pure entertainment at HCL.
Just unsure what value there could be in shoving over the top there with AKo. He could have min raised to like 50k and achieved the same end result. Rampage folds a weaker hand than AKo…or rampage reshoves all in and nick folds. That made absolutely no strategical sense.
Call me skeptical Nik Airball completely reinvented himself as a nit roller and was successful at it Then he randomly buys in for a mill and Rampage buys in for 250K while the other guys buy in for like 50K Then he completely changes his playstyle again and randomly punts $300K to Rampage I mean let's get real
Nik is more of a gambler than a poker player. Ive never seen anybody lose so much money on a consistent basis. Rampage on the other hand is the total anti-thesis of Nik in his gameplay and style. Be more like Rampage because youll make more money and respect.
First hand; if Nik had any idea how to play he could only have p8's or KT to beat Francisco. Dr. P; what a gentleman; "you guys are bigger money; you decide".
