She said the chemical is found in rocket fuel and Vegas had the the largest rocket fuel plant in the world, until it blew up. Look up Pepcon explosion.
I am 60 years old and in less than desirable health, what I eat or drink from now on won't make much of a difference so I will keep doing the same thing I have always done. Eat and drink something that is unhealthy or makes me fat and perhaps do something illegal or immoral.
I just said , thru probably just drank tap water from Vegas and blamed real water. No one was actually watching all things they consumed in the last 20 years.
I live in Las Vegas what i do is filter my water by a filter on the faucet then pour it into a pitcher filter then a 3 gallon container in the ice box. I often see a water truck come around and drop off water, why pay?
Since it's highly unlikely that anyone sees that money, all executives should be investigated and charged for murder. We have to start holding companies accountable. They file bankruptcies, liquidated assets, close the books, then open another business or find work elsewhere and move on with their lives while their customers can not do that! They committed murder or attempted murder. When the poison is in the water, everybody's screwed!
That's too simple and a cynical conclusion. Quality always has value. If you can't make a profit, there is no reason to engage in business. The fa la la la idea of socialism never works.
My uncle, although does not work for arrowhead, he goes to various laboratories for his job and he tells me the same thing. That arrowhead is the best quality water.
Where did this water come from? Where did the hydrazine (a component of rocket fuel) come from? How did hydrazine get into the water? These plaintiffs aren't likely to collect a whole lot - the lawyers will always take their bite first. If there's anything left of the company (doubtful) the plaintiffs MIGHT get a few dollars - but it's not likely to be a whole lot. Even the company's insurance won't be paying out 5.2 billion (plus the other lawsuits - 3.2 billion total according to the news channel)...
Niagara water bottling located immediately downwind of a large sewage treatment plant in Ontario, Calif. Niagara bottles water for Kirkland (Costco), Great Value (Walmart), Good & Gather (Target) and more.
I live by aero jet/Gencorp facility and know of practice s of the past they buried and burned everything on the vast property through out the cold war days,,,, Now there building homes all around the facility,,
Someone running for president again cut down FDA, and it's ability to regulate and enforce during his term "cutting regulations at a level no one has ever seen before". And has vowed to do more to it if reelected.
Growing up in different parts of the US, the water out of the faucet always tasted awful with all the chlorine in it. All we ever did was boil the water, and put it in the fridge.
Especially since this company is almost certainly uncollectable. No way they were carrying $13 _billion_ in liability insurance. And if the company had that much in assets, they'd still be in business. They'll never see a penny of these verdicts. What a waste of time and real, actual money.
I think thats fair. They may not have enough to pay, but since they put these people in danger it seems fair. I mean if it was a larger Corp, they would just payout and continue doing the same thing. Fuck Real Water and I they get everything they deserve for poisoning WATER
Look up BAR...it's British. That's why the fringed flags! The courts are frauds. Problem since 1871! Not broken but a fraud system, using legalese, a made up language. The "bench" is the banc. See where it's going? Don't let then defraud you!
They processed the water to produce a high-alkalinity, and the water was then charged electrically. The process combined nitrogen from the atmosphere with hydrogen ions from the processed water to make hydrazine in toxic amounts. Their proprietary process manufactured the toxicity.
@@rtqii Thanks for that info.!!! That's crazy... So, no other alkalized water brands use similarly dangerous methods? (I usually try to drink a lot of alkalized water because of various medical issues I have that it's supposed to help with.)
Issam Najm, an environmental engineer, testified at trial that the hydrazine may have formed through a chemical reaction in the ionizer, which appeared to be titanium tubes charged by jumper cables.Mar 26, 2024
@@Sugas_Girr You can't change the PH of a human body with water or food. That's a myth that has been around far too long. And this company found a way to make money on the myth so it's a widespread nonsense theory.
@jimf.625 The attorneys will write off the payments never received as a loss. They will never pay taxes again in their lifetime. Just the kind of justice we need.
I been switching the brand of bottle water I drinking weekly. That way if something is wrong with any particular brand hopefully I won’t have drank a lot of it. This sux because we have no way of testing out water and have to rely on the company…..
Here's a great question .... WHERE'D THEY GET THAT WATER FROM IN THE FIRST PLACE??? it has a chemical in it that's used in ROCKET FUEL !!!? ... REALLY!!! 😲
The company was only at fault for using bottles that can leach germs. It was a delivery driver, no doubt, sharing hep c. The company I go to will not fill real water bottles , as they leach germs, too pourous.
Bottle plastic water dint even rehydrate you anymore. U got to drink Gatorade with water just to rehydrate yourself. Says enough about water. No more talk.
