Some of the living spaces on the main floor feel quite small. I wish more space and consideration was given to the family room. It's so small, all it really has to sit is that 3 seater, adding another piece of furniture would encroach on the dining room space so there's not much you can do. It shows well, all materials are standard nothing premium per say. The colour scheme is neutral and matched well so it shows nice. It shows nicely, but in practicality it will leave a fair bit to be desired.
Yep, it is designed purely for the Chinese buyer, very cold, antiseptic design aesthetic with vaguely classical overtones, just as they require to fulfill their desperate scramble to perceived social status.
Vancouver is nice but it’s not California or Florida . this house should not be more than $1 million dollars. $5.3 million for this house is a joke. LOL
Too bad many states have loose canon firearms control and too many nuke power stations. The US it's largely Hawaii, California, New York and New Jersey states that have the Chinese buyers. In Canada, Vancouver is a haven for Chinese investors for the real estate sector as it's only about 11 hours to or from Beijing.
That's because in the Greater Vancouver Area as well as the 416 and a majority of the 905 areas, houses are overvalued yet land in those areas are very pricey due to excessive capital coming in to these markets. The problem with most of the US real estate is that too many of its markets are near nuclear power facilities, which drags the real estate values down.
