Because she's pale and pretty. He didnt do it out of goodness. They wouldn't do the same for someone of his own race who was darker. I would know I've experience it everytime when I'm with my dark skin asian friends. They would talk badly to them or ignore them while being super generous to me.
@@kop-px8jynot actually, a shop owner who is used to selling bunches of food together, they would usually let go of things for free if its way below their calculation point. Once, I bought one orange for myself and the shopowner was literally trying to sell it to me for free.
@kop-px8jy untrue, I'm black and many small shop owners have come through for me like that before. Has nothing to do with race, your the one making it about race.
I could immediately tell that the nice naan guy is a Pakistani just by looking at the olpers and milk pak dairy cream in his shop. Such a giving person!
I really like that as a pakistani the naan store is even going far as getting the ingredients from pakistan to really make it have that authentic taste
This was a really great vid❤ Anyway, Fun fact: for the chicken and beef and all that stuff its supposed to be killed or butchered in a specific way for it to be hala.
Hey! I really like these kinds of videos and they're also very helpful for me as well. I was just wondering if you could maybe do a $5 Lunch Challenge that was gluten-free?
When I was a kid, I used to go to a Turkish pizza place, because I had Saturday school. I'd usually buy the flatbread which would cost around 1€ back then. Sometimes they gave it to me for free too!! Unfortunately they don't do Pizza anymore...it was also delicious
I hope that man is so successful I love him. Also. That naan looks good as hell istg I would buy one and then simply stand outside of the shop and eat the whole thing I love naan.
I had a classmate who kept kosher. For class potlucks she requested that we make canned peaches with cottage cheese (we would also try to get some kosher-marked crackers & juice). It's possible if you mindfully choose items at the grocery.
@@StreetCentsspeaking as an arab, it's definitely less because of being "a disgrace" like OP said and more of he probably felt bad that you only had money for half and assumed it would help you out to just give it to u for free
Lowkey there ARE halal cold cuts (and halal version of pretty much every food) but it’s usually in Arab or muslim countries. I like to call them, halalized
As a indian my respect for you after you pronuced samosa correctly and also said chutney rather than "spinch curry" "spinch sauce" "green stuff" "vegetable sauce" "green sauce" "that that that sauce i cant remember that that" - ↗️↗️↗️↗️↗️
How is it that everywhere you go they always give you special mini pricing? What the heck.. restaurants typically dont sell specialty portions by weight.. im not hating lol i just dont understand
I love your videos but I want to point out one thing for Muslims, halal food is not eating pig meat and the animal has to be slaughtered in a specific way so that the animal has a quick and painful death which means that the animal has to be slaughtered by their neck and the slaughterer has to say a surah(I’m not sure which one) before slaughtering the animal. I’m pretty sure in America or these countries they won’t do this but this is just something I want to point out to new Muslims. Anyways I would love to eat that❤
