Two routes, two rules: no Seikos over $500 dollars and the best Diver for under $5k is the Omega Seamaster Co-Axial 41mm way better than any Tudor.

I have a 7 1/2 inch wrist and my bb58 is very comfy on it. Mybe you should consider putting it on a nato.
