$550k? No wonder why builders are not selling, this house is at most $450k, but closer to $400k. This inflated prices need to continue to come down. Thankfully they are.

Layout is OK. A/C in back would have to be relocated to side of house if buyer wants to add pool and screening. Depends on property line?? But you can’t have A/C unit in pool area.

Shower door in master bath needs to be reversed, was put in wrong. Opens against towel rack so difficult to get towel after shower.

Looking into relocating from California to central Florida to a New construction home approximately 1300 to 1400 Square feet ,4 bedroom 2 bath no HOA . Keep in mind I'm already a home owner in California. I'm a new subscribers to your channel good information you have + the homes you show are affordable new construction homes plans 👍

I live overseas (UK and Germany) and you won't find anything like this for 550k here. Nevertheless, those prices seem a bit high. But I have to say I don't know the area. Anyway appreciate your content. Keep it up. Greetings from across the big pond.

Hey Marlon. 4 bed 3 bath 🙌🏼. Nice front elevation. Agreed. Like deep entry’s. Hall looks a smidge narrow. Front bedrooms and bath ok size. In law suite spacious. Would gladly put a washer/dryer. Living/bedroom/Wetbar/bathroom. Nice open concept. Splash color in that white kitchen. Was wondering what that door was (pantry). Laundry small but appreciate the location by the primary. Nice en-suite. Nice closet. No linen closet tho. Covered lanai. Ad an enclosed pool and we’re good. Nice home Marlon. Don’t see major upgrades. Seems basic. Thanks for sharing and see you next vide.

The in Law suite is a great idea for adult kids or just for guests and any new construction for 300k in Clermont one story three bedroom and 2 bath ? By the way pantry is small would like a walk in pantry but otherwise kitchen is beautiful

It’s been a very long time since I’ve seen a home without a kitchen backsplash. I heard you say it’s not a model home, but even so…that’s pretty basic nowadays I think.

I was not impressed at all. I thought the in law suit was dark and uninviting. Seems more like a guest bedroom. The two front bed rooms very small. Did I miss the 4th bedroom?
