These perfumes are generally called eetr. There is no spirit (alcholic) content in it. It's made with the oil based content. Because in Muslim's the perfumes having based content made with spirit(alcohol) is forbidden to be applied to a body. It's haraam to use perfume containing alcoholic content. But because of it's oil content it last for more time than the spirit content perfumes. As because spirit evaporates faster in air as compared to oil so that's why oil based perfumes are more long lasting as compared to spirits based perfumes. I hope you understand Chris my friend

Chris fun fact - The best perfumers from around the world working for the biggest designer brands visit these shops, this is in Null Bazaar in Mumbai, to buy their raw materials essentially oils to make perfumes, these shops are over 150 years old , you can look it up and then there is the legendary place of Kannauj - probably the perfume capital of the world

This is a rare find. Its like a relic from the past, Etra usage is almost negligible nowadays. So, shops with such quality and range of etra is infact very hard to find.
Easiest way to find a good attar shop is to visit a locality near to a masjid nearby in your city. Very high chance you get good collection there as well.
