2:04 Your pain is so clear on your face when you say "Aise Bulane ka kya faydaa hai".😢😢😔😔 I am really sorry for what happened to you. You are very positive and nice person
@@iJasdeepDon't spread hatred against Hindus. One man is bad and you guys are labeling all Hindu sanyasis as bad. There are bad ppl in each community , but if we start generalising than it will be a problem for one community
Travelling whole India is like travelling hundreds of different countries as each state and even district is different from the other as regards to food, local language, clothes, culture, climate, weather, festivals , people, terrane and everything. The beauty of India is unity in diversity
Indeed bro. Even I have traveled 4 state's of my nation & I have very different experiences. It's like visiting different landscape in small time which is not possible anywhere outside india. 😊 Love my Bharat❤
I was just in India. I found you can't go in with western 'eyes'. Only then can you appreciate the true beauty of India and the Indian people. I agree, the majority of people are kind, open and wonderful. You just have to trust your intuition. I am in love with India and will return ASAP.
Yeah exactly this. India is gonna amaze, humble, disgust and surprise you all at once. So if one comes here with pre conceived notions and western judgements they're in for a hard time.
The good, the bad and the ugly coexist everywhere Chris. Sorry about the way those two behaved at the start of the video ; one getting abusive too. You being a positive person decided to look at the good to enjoy your time in India... Kudos on that. All the best for future visits and in your work to Chris. Safe travels.
6:34❤this is a good message for all of us who have felt alone or thought the world is selfish ,rude etc at some point and sabotaged ourselves and kept away/ hiding from people . Ruined our social confidence /communication skills etc . There are good people in the world . We just need to find the ones that are like us and match our energy. But most of our focus stays on the ones that are not like us or not for us.
I love the way Chris is so positive in every situation....this man is so pure❤but some time You should learn to say no to some people, not every people around you will be nice to you
i feel bad for u chris as an indian those type of people always try to sneak into others pocket and try to rob someone because they dont deserve getting anything there are friendly people out there too who can help you :)
Yeah they do a lot even with us locals too or tourist from another state and when we disagree to give them any money they treat us with swearing at us so badly.
You will find these kind of people in every part of the world, it's great to see the way you dealt with them. We just need to go ignore them and move on. Love your videos and the way you deal with local people.
Don't generalize it instead you can say there are some countries specifically underdeveloped mostly in Asia and Africa where you can expect such behaviour from locals and unfortunately India is one of them I have been to USA and Europe and north eastern side but never experienced anything like this...that is what I hate about Indian mentality they assume they are the best in the world and when someone shows the mirror they say it happens everywhere whats the big deal and that is why we are still way behind in most of the sectors than other nations...this was really cheap and as an indian it is shameful...
The different kinds of people he met throughout this vlog, the sheer range of it starting from the sweet uncle on the activa in the beginning to those two rude men till the kind uncle in the end, proves that India cannot be labelled as 'Good' or 'Bad'. India is an experience with a little bit of this and that, like yin and yang, just like life. One needs to experience it with an open mind and he/she shall surely love it 💚
If you are a foreigner in any country, you will have people like this trying to get money and even more money out of you. It's normal, it's not something just happening in India. So don't feel bad about your country
Chris your outlook towards looking at even some of the bad experiences you go through is really what makes you different and my favourite. I absolutely love watching your videos. Your honesty reflects in your videos and that makes me enjoy it. I hope you have a good journey in India. All the best
That guy in beard interacting with Chris is me with my colleague Ashish. Thanks for your kind words Shobha. Yes, majority of us are like this, simple, interactive and friendly.
My man Chris, proud of you for having strong boundaries which prevent negative souls from mugging you, and not letting the negative elements of our society ruin the positivity that you have. Lots of love to you brother.
Hi Chris, you have very well summarized the 1% population of India (1% is too many people 😄) “ that should not be your impression of India” thanks for understanding and propagating the right image genuinely to your audience ❤❤🙏🙏
Hi Chris, will be in Denver from 25th Jul to 10th Aug 2023, will be pleasures to meet you, I am desperate to meet you to invite for Nahari in Denver 😋😋
Real reason why it's so easy for YTers to love India: largest population in the world = maximum number of subscribers = $$$ 😂 No surprise why all travel vloggers constantly make videos there. Chris is different though in that he made the effort and took the time to properly learn the language (Hindi) and culture, so major props for that!
But he gains subs with friends we have seen that Sachin Jain guy with Chris became freinds Chris not just gains subs he gains freinds too that different about him
@@brandedlion0505 Chris gets genuinely disappointed by non genuine people .this is why I think he's a nice person with enough confidence to travel different countries and make vlogs.
The man from Nagpur, introduced himself as a guy from central India, such a typical Nagpur thing :) Can relate to it so well as I am from Nagpur too (and moved to California now) and I do same here in US too. He made the conversation so smooth and easy! ❤
India's multiple cuisine, multiple languages, multiple cultures, temples, landscapes all awesome. People are friendly, helpful and mostly honest. Heaven on earth is our Bharat.
Sorry for the way the beggar in rickshaw behaved with you ... You should always stay away from such kind of people...The more you'll entertain such greedy people, the more they'll irritate you .. If you get in any such kind of situation in India you should run away as soon as possible... And you should ignore and move forward if such kind of people call you And if you get into some big trouble ask for help to the near by people...they'll definitely help you!!
Other RU-vidrs would make it a big issue and would defame India. But you not only didn't do that but titled your video " that's why it's easy to love India". You are great. Respect.
those two men were actually contemplating on waiting for the vendor to make the methi paratha so that they could make you taste it.. and they cancelled it since they were gonna share (and not waste food). So yeah
You are right, Chris. The majority of people in India are nice and you can't let the 1% bad people taint your impression of India (the same applies to other parts of the world). Those are some very wise words we can all apply in our lives.
That's a great attitude u have Chris of accepting people on face value not being biased by one or 2 bad people on ur way. It's good of u to say that not all Indians r like those 2 people. They were saying bad words when they knew u wld not b giving them money. U have to b careful where u go and whom u stop to talk to, don't b alone when u stop to talk to someone. Be careful in lonely and dark places. Most Indian as u mentioned r very good and helpful. The typical person is like that Nagpur guy, very friendly and just wants u to feel good by talking and giving u company while u r alone. That a real Indian good natured, bindas, chill type and at the end wshing u well. I hope u enjoy ur journey of India and try out our authentic Indian food all over. Be safe and take care. Enjoy ur video and max also.
Respect, man. I need to learn from your attitude. I am also traveling India and making videos. I've found dealing with some of these situations with rude locals challenging. I am a bit more hard headed and can sometimes take it too personally. First two weeks was particularly rough and I got frustrated quite a bit. However, after a month in, I am beginning to adopt a more "ignore these people" "focus on the nice people" attitude. It definitely works and presents many lessons in life about how to handle these difficult encounters that test your character and discipline. Need to get on your level though. Thanks for the great videos. Nothing but raw, unfiltered travel. Keep it alive!
Sorry you are having a rough time in my country. Gravitate towards the good people, there are plenty of them and ignore the bad like you have already learnt to do. Wishing you a happy stay in India. ❤
@@sanobermalhotra6895 Thank you for the kind words and support. I am doing so..and it is working! The lessons India has brought me has already made it one of the most special places I have ever been to. Focusing on the positive in all people is what most of us need to do anyways. Im glad India reminded me of that. Thanks again!
Part of the experience I guess! hopefully hearing this comforts you a bit … We as locals have a hard time with some of them too XD... Something to laugh over together! Wishing you a great stay!
Methi means Fenugreek. Fenugreek seeds are bitter seeds but usally added in Curry For extra test. When theae seed simmer with onion ,ginger ,garlik then Fenugreek seeds gives very nice tests to curry. And Fenugreek plant is widely eaten green leafy vegetable in india as Fenugreek it self has medicinal values. In india Fenugreek seeds also used in herbal medicinal blend with other indian Tradditinal
What culture bro 90% people are shamed because a Monk asking for money, and People are sorry because he get Angry. These same people never try to help any one but they are shamed. That's y other cults brainwash us so easily.
Really ashamed for that encounter , I am sorry bro 😔 Love the way you said " Don't let people like them makes your impression of India " Goden words buddy ❤ India is much more than that Arshole More power to you 💪
Do not worry bro. Some time's we also meet the bad people..but as you said majority people are so nice..one advice you can keep a local boy with you as a camera men..it will help you
Kudos to your spirit of finding positive in negative. Thanks for visiting our country and spreading positive impression about India. Very few people does that.
Thank goodness you have the right notion about India! I've actually had more people asking me for money in the US than in India. And yes, at least 200 folks so far have asked me for cigarettes in the US. I mean almost every time I have lit up, someone has asked me for one, and most of them aren't the homeless variety.
Very sad to see people like that. But dont worry you will get more people who will stand up for you in support and protect you. Sorry for bad experience.
