When I got started in Real Estate, all I did was expired listings. I would go to the door and go strike a conversation with them. Often the owner was upset with the previous agent because they felt duped. The previous agent over priced the property and hardly even had any showings. If you over price a property thinking you have wiggle room to negotiate then you're wrong. You are actually killing your listing because you are eliminating that property from the market for being over priced. What's worst than low ball offers? No offers. Thank you to ALL agents who made my job easier.
The first agent could have kept dropping the price to 7.35M and it would have sold just the same. Sellers think a different agent will do something different, but all they do is keep dropping the price.
@@kkp4297 Agreed, unless for some reason the first two agents had bad photos or didn't stage home properly. The formula to sell any house is great professional photos, priced right, easy to show. Can I get co sign on this @Joshaltman?

I’ve seen this house before at a brokers open. Glad to hear it sold since it finished being constructed I believe May of last year. Saw agents lose and take the listing over the past year. Garage was probably my favorite aspect.

Why not use a wireless mic? Poor audio and bad pacing on the edit. If your standards are so high, why not demand the same from your production team? Just my opinion. 😃
dude, YES. I have been harping in the comments of his videos for ages to get a damn mic. He turns around, walks away, and keeps talking, so often, I have no clue why he hasn't spent a few dollars for a mic. So strange to me. His audio sucks.
Bubba Seller gave you the listing because of ALTMAN Brothers Brand & yet at Eight million list price you gave it away 7.35!Easy Giving it away when a Despondent Seller after 4 other listing Agents is willing to take any Deal. So they should give you an Oscar for that!
Very Nice house. $8 million seems reasonable. Question: Does a person find out a listing is expired through cold calling? If not, how does a person find out a listing is expired?

Any Balding Persian " BOZO" calling Persian Jewish owner knowing that Josh Altman Brand who happens to be Jewish also was going to Market their Property would have given the listing to Josh 's FIRM. Regardless of any bozo( who was licensed only a year half ago) would have been able to get the listing BECAUSE of Altman Brothers Brand!.Owners were well known Persian Jewish Family & Why I know the real story Behind it because I AM A PERSIAN JEW also!

Why do you have two intros. Say your thing, show a 5 second b-roll and move on. This is annoying af. The vlog starts after 40 seconds. I bet you lose a good percentage of your viewers during that time.
