Incredible maneuver saying the wrong house number right in front of the sign with the correct house number. You make yourself more human and relatable, and at the same time make your audience feel good about themselves when they spot it and get to shout their correction from the rooftops. You should give up the 12 minute thing you have going on. A lot of the properties you show deserve more time. If you are on a time crunch get another camera dude for b-roll you can commentate.
