Lol its like seeing a cute like shoe and being like oohh i love thiiisss Then checking the price and being likee nvm its not look good anyway so watever then u leave the store feeling sad and empty....
Carit World it’s not that bad if you know how to do it. Granted I’ve never done it before, but it’s the same with everything. Plus it’s not like they’re all completely handmade, so really it wouldn’t take that much time or money to make. Not worth 900 dollars imo
Lmfao. So is everybody yo. Enuff for this Big big huge box of macaroons. It's too muchh lol. It's too much. I've lived in NYC for 28 years now. And it's too much money still for me..... I MEAN, I mean I would do it.... but $900 for this HUGE HUGE BOX of delicious macaroons.... It's just too muchh tho.... THIS is the price of my rent per month!!!, and that's without all the bills. Like the Electricity Bill, and the water bill, and the heat bill. Gas bill. Phone bills. + Food and bathroom stuff per month or every 2 weeks. Food groceries, is like everyday or every week. It's disgustinggg lmao. HOW much really do we all spent on our home Bills and rent per month. And that BOX, will keep me from eating for a month's worth of groceries, or MY RENT. I'm not rich... That's ridiculouss... . And I already spend like, $400- $500.00 A week on groceriess. Like, I would buy box and all. If I was rich. But Iam not rich. So. That's for the rich... Lmfao. It's crazy how U have to be crazy crazy, and filthy, filthyy nastyy rich to enjoy life to the fullest. Or TO EVEN EJOY LIFE the craziest and beat ways sometimes. Or everyday. I gotta update my jobs man. And my life. Jeeeezz... I gotta get my shitt together damn bro.
@@scarlett8048 actually in America many people pronounce it incorrectly and call it macaroon like raccoon instead of the correct way macaron like macaroni
They’re one of my favorite things to eat, but if I eat too much, I get sick :p Lemme describe it for you if you’ve never tried it before: chewy, extremely sweet, bUT EXPENSIVE AS HECK.
Jade Cummings Gotta eat good ones, I dunno where you live but i struggle to find any truly good ones in Cali. My trips to Paris, and Japan had by far the best macaroons I’ve ever had, can’t seem to find any that come close here :(. They are absolutely delicious though!
@@ruelle1965 bruh. If 200 macarons is 900$ and the selling price is 900$ then the 900$ is just covering the price of the macaron not the chest. So u got a chest free of charge
Why does she keep calling it “macaroon”??? It’s macaron smh,, And yes, it DOES matter. A macaroon is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT thing (more sweet, coconut based), while the macaron is less sweet and almond based.
Thank you. This is one of my pet peeves too. I usually want to shove Macarons and Macaroons in peoples faces just so they can stop calling these Macaroons. It's so annoying.
Omyyyyy Iam a filipino, and i covert it to philippine peso and guess what its 47,000 php its so expensive cant even afford it..... Right thing to do, is to make your own macaron in your house..... But its so delish
The thing is... it is EXTREMELY tedious to make lol. One off measurement and say bye bye to the whole batch. Not only that, the ingredients for macarons are quite expensive AND it takes around 3 days to even make a macaron.
Kidney for $1000-$2000? I thought it would be at least $50,000... I mean it can save a life. If those people still want to be alive, they gotta pay more.
Les macarons are to die for. My favorite flavors are: Salted Caramel Lavender Chocolate Coffee Creme Brûlée Vanilla Bean Strawberry S'Mores Cookies & Cream Hazelnut Strawberry Cheesecake
I went to the laduree with my sis when I visited her in nyc and we ordered two tea times and it came with macrons and they were not the best macarons I’ve ever tried.. but pretty cute!
OH MY LORD. AS A PERSON WHO LOVES AND IS ADDICTED TO MACAROONS, THIS IS COMPLETELY HEAVEN FOR ME. TAKE ME THERE!!!! Edit: sorry, macarons, y'all are so savage :(
Macarons are on of the most divine French pastries. My favorite flavors are cafe au lait, lavender, cotton candy, vanilla bean, chocolate, toasted coconut, salted caramel, hazelnut, strawberries & cream, red velvet, cookies & cream, cake batter, almond, toasted marshmallow, snickerdoodle and gingerbread are my favorite flavors. Pistachio is a no because I'm allergic to pistachios and cashews.
200 macrons for $900 dollars! What! That is robbery! Thats $4.50 per macron. I'm not even from America to know thats alot of money for one tiny treat that's gonna be eaten in less than a minute. Thats still expensive even where i'm from. You've got to be kinding me....right, thats crazy!

Macarons, well the vanilla kind has a very rich french vanilla flavor. The texture is very light, crisp and delicate for the outside of the cookies, soft and a bit chewy for the inside of the cookie. The cream is VERY GOOD. Very smooth and compliments the cookie very well. The cream on the macarons I've tried was actually lighter than I expected and a lot smoother.
I'm sitting here asking myself if macarons are generally more expensive in the US? When you go to Ladurée Paris you pay around 3€ max (around 3,50$) per macaron and if you look at the price of the box one macaron would cost around 4,50$... or the treasure chest is worth 200$ xD I'm neither from the US nor France so I'm just curious
Nah, even $4 is a bit much in my standards. The fancy ones sold inside the mall top out at $2.5, while a nice small bakery can offer from $2 to even $1.5. I live in CA btw
$4 for a tiny ass cookie? They’re mental. I would only pay $0.50 for each. Maybe if you go to a small shop it would be cheaper instead of a big fancy established shop.
I wanna work at insider so. flippin. badly. cuz like they do the BEST stuff and go to the BEST places, and I am like obsessed with this macaron chest, like OBSESSED
I worked it out and I could make that many macarons for approximately £80-£90. Also keep in mind I buy my ingredients in average stores when they probably get theirs catering sized. Plus the chest which would be about 50 at the most
When i am done eating those macarons, i would keep the chest cause i love the design. It would be great if i play pirates with my cousins and also putting my secret stuff in there! I love it! Bur poor me it very expensive tho ;-; (CoUgH my english)
