Can someone tell me HOW we move to Nasdaq SmallCap without a reverse split. To get a $5 share price AITX needs to buy back about 8.8 billion shares

I like the plan. I hope it works. But Steve, if YOU believe in this plan, why are you taking out $2.8M for yourself while the company is still bleeding cash? There will be plenty to harvest once you're successful. Demonstrate YOUR faith in AITX by waiting with the rest of us for your windfall.
