That might just be the accent he's stuck with. Not all people are good at imitating sounds. Others are phenomenal. I speak Spanish and I know my accent is very good, but I can also fool people into thinking I speak French just because I'm good at mimicking sounds. LOL

Dice Usted habla español??? Porque él está aprendiendo el de Latinoamérica, que normalmente usa "vos" o "ustedes", de forma que no usa la 2ª persona. Yo por ejemplo soy de España, y estoy aprendiendo el Protugués de Brasil. Entonces yo no uso la 2ª persona, y no por ello estoy hablando mal. Es simplemente otra variedad. No existe el Español verdadero o neutro. El de Madrid, el de Buenos Aires... Todos son válidos.

@@adaalonso No hay castellano correcto o incorrecto dentro de las múltiples variedades regionales. Sí hay castellano correcto o incorrecto si cometo errores gramaticales, que es diferente. "¿Se habla español?" es evidentemente una pregunta mal hecha si se la hago a una persona directamente. Necesita, para empezar, un objeto: "¿se habla español en Guinea Ecuatorial, en Canarias, en Mongolia, etc.?".
