éS sti ENERGY foam insole cut up 3 months 

Cut up my éS sti ENERGY foam insole after 3 months of skating in them. Overall impression was that I reeally liked them. They were super comfortable and responsive. Wish they lasted longer tho. Did this because the last time I wore them it felt like my shoes were done. I took the insole out only to realize that it just kinda gave up on life. The areas at the heel and ball of my foot had no recovery in them and felt almost paper thin. This is my pushing foot’s insole and I definitely did some miles in my shoes. The other insole still has some cush left and feels decent. Given that Skate shoes have a life span of about 3 months anyway, they def did the job. Yes, I would recommend these. Usage: put in some janoskis; Street, Park, and Cruiser skating; 3 or 4 times a week; moderate level of skating every time. Going to put my stock insoles back in my shoes to see if I can get some extra life outta them now.
