Limonlu krema için Bir kaseye 2 yumurta, 1.5 yemek kaşığı atın. mısır unu, 2-3 limon suyu, tuz ve karabiber ile karıştırın. Karışımımıza azar azar ekleyin, yemeğimizden et suyunu alın ve sürekli karıştırın (2-3 yemek kaşığı et suyu). Yiyeceklerimizden kalan et suyunu başka bir tencereye orta ateşte koyup karışımı içine döküyoruz. Krema kalınlaşana kadar sürekli karıştırın (1-2 dakika sürecektir). Kremayı yemeğimizin üzerine dökün ve tencereyi sallayın ki krema her yere gitsin.

Καλησπέρα! Στο βίντεο φαίνεται ότι βάζω 1 φλιτζάνι ρύζι καρολίνα. Απλά δεν ήταν γραμμένο στη συνταγή. Διορθώθηκε. Σ'' ευχαριστώ που το επισήμανες! Εύχομαι καλές γιορτές και καλά Χριστούγεννα!
