To be fair, both of them were sent to fight a guy just as stronger as their own Dad without no one knowing. The fact they even put up a good fight, and Modi meet them three times and still taunted them, is quite worthy.
Just saw this guys flawless GNA 1 fight. Watching this video makes me wanna play GoW18, it was better game I think. Wish it was remastered for PS5. This dude gives me courage to try minimal upgrades
doesn't need a ps5 remaster, it runs at 60fps despite saying 'PS4', and i have at least one playthrough on the ps5 and can confirm the games still great
@@legendofzelda2324 only at a surface level but things like better draw distance, upgraded textures, not just upscaled visuals and better loading time they only did it for pc :/ you can watch ElAnalistaDeBits to see what i mean
I made a lvl1 playthrough a few years ago to see the cutscenes with default gear on Kratos and Atreus. It wasn't a challenge run by any means, I played on very easy and it still got hard sometimes because of GoW2018's leveling system. My old channel along with those videos were deleted. Seeing this makes that loss hurt a bit less.
If you’re trying to do it with no runic attacks and without taking damage It’s phase 3 for sure, Modi’s Lightning beam is so unfair, if Magni attacks you while the lightning beam is going it’s over, there’s nothing you can do unless you have rage active. Phase 2 is also very difficult to do without taking damage because if Magni grabs you and Atreus is unavailable it’s over. Overall, absolutely ridiculous boss fight, this was for sure the hardest challenge i have ever done in a video game, I’d say Odin no damage/no checkpoints is tied with it.

The first axe upgrade is unavoidable on regular game. On new game plus you can avoid it. The trick is to start a NG then immediately make a NG+ of that vanilla save file.

@@allysson_ true level one is where you get the minimum amount of experience possible, don’t use the skill tree, only use the weapons you start the game with, hell, you aren’t even supposed to have the blades of chaos in this point in the story. You also upgrade nothing (except the unavoidable upgrade at the start) and no runics
