I've been listening these type of music for almost 2 weeks before going to sleep to relax, get my daily stress out about life, work, family stuff, self doubt, overthinking, etc. And has helped considerably and even I've been feeling some change in me that i can't explain. And now reading all the comments the tears are just going, just from seeing all the love and positivity and motivation, thank you everybody it can be so simple and silly but those words mean a lot for me in my mind and how i feel. Ik migraines hurt ive been suffering from 7 years old. Ik it's a wait but there is an end to it. I'm 53 now an menopause but no migraines or very rarely just headaches that r easily killed..ik they r brutal and get worse with age but research into magnesium not oxide that u buy in shops try magnesium Glycinate put them into ur system and try pressure points on ur hands and feet hopefully u may get some relief ❤❤❤❤I feel for u luv

If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. I’ve just been diagnosed with cancer.. and have been listening to this daily. Tomorrow I go for a big procedure and I’m hoping it’s not as painful as last time. I wish they could play this to me to keep me calm during it, as I have to be awake for the surgery.

This message really stands out to me bc I dealt with the most difficult people in my life being short lived almost three years in addiction felt like I took a leap in time my wings flew I ask God to guide me in his truth and yeah had to swallow it hard ..I didn't like it at all but I grew and still growing I'll continue to seek Jesus and I pray for more of his glory grace mercy love and pray it reaches out to the nations where many are persecuted and to acknowledge all good things that are from heaven above and to be obedient and walk in love and resemble my Heavenly Father above bc he overseas even when we don't deserve it ..hope this reaches someone facing trials and tribulations Amen and Amen God is Love ❤ his blood poured out for you and me

I don't want much, just an end to war, starvation, sickness, and the ability to come together as one and put our differences aside. I know it is not going to happen, but it has always been my dream to live in a utopian society that cares for people and not money, not what daiety you worship, or what political party you support.
