Wow! I didn't know Wangjaesan Light Music Band was all women? I have an mp3 of this song but always thought it was Pochonbo Electronic Ensemble. Great video and great song! Thank you!

Too bad they had to perform under threat of death.

They're Trot singers from South Korean country side. Also North Koreans would never wear such vibrant make up.. They like vibrant not to be confused with neon and secondary colours and contemporary colours.
