Soy de Rosario la ciudad de Messi y aquí también tenemos gente en situación de calle. La Municipalidad tiene refugios y asistentes sociales para tratar de sacarlos de esa situación, el problema es que en dichos refugios no pueden beber alcohol por lo tanto no quieren ir, sólo vana a bañarse y comer un desayuno o cena. depende y luego vuelven a la calle. Comprendo que ustedes que son rusos donde jamás hubo democracia y encima viven en Venezuela donde también hay una dictadura, no comprendan lo que es la libertad individual, en Argentina como es un país libre, si no quieren ser asistidos se les respeta su decisión, y si no molestan, el Estado no los molesta. Difícil de entender verdad?
