- Coconut milk 50 ml.
- Erythritol 30 g.
- Oat bran 50 g.
- Coconut flour 40 gr.
- Baking powder 5 gr.
- Coconut oil 10g.
- Vanilla, cinnamon
* For the orange gingerbread, add the zest of half an orange and replace the coconut milk with orange juice.
Bake at 180-200°C (356-392°F) for 30 minutes.
